Printable Invitations – A Piece of Cake!
Printable invitations take shower-planning convenience to a whole new level.
It used to be that you had to go to a professional printing company to have your bridal shower invitations printed but nowadays, thanks to the Internet and printable invitations, that's no longer the case.
Printable invitations are taking bridal shower convenience to a whole new level and I, Patti the Perfect Party Planner, am going to tell you just how to get your own printable invitations and how to make them look their best.
Step 1 – Locate Printable Invitations on the Web
First things first. You need to find your printable invitations on the Web. Simply do a search for ''printable bridal shower invitations'' and scan the results to find what you're looking for.
Step 2 – Download the Invitation Template
Once you find the printable invitations that you want to use, you're going to need to download the template to your computer so you can edit the template.
Step 3 – Edit the Template
Once you have the printable invitations template downloaded, it's time to customize the template with the information for your bridal shower. You'll be adding the date, the time, the place and the bride's information.
Make sure you note if the bride is registered at any gift registries as well.
Step 4 – Print out the Invitations
Once the printable invitations have been downloaded and customized, it's time to print them out. Make sure that you've purchased quality invitation paper for this step. Many office supply stores and craft stores have decorated paper just for this purpose.
Step 5 – Add Your Personal Touch
Once the printable invitations are printed, you'll want to add some personal touches. Try running ribbon through two holes at the top or gluing lace hearts to the invites. Personal decorative touches add a lot of class to printable invitations.
Step 6 – Prepare the Envelopes
Once the invitations are all ready to go, you'll want to prepare the envelopes as well. Make sure that the envelopes match the invitations. Try decorating the envelopes too (with stickers, not glued-on lace, etc.)
Step 7 – Send Em' Out!
Now that everything is ready, it's time to send the printable invitations out. Take them to the post office to see how much postage will be required and the invitations will be on their way!
